THE PROCESS: DESIGN THINKING

Every good idea is based on good planning. We plan, document, evaluate and validate all development projects and their results in accordance with DIN EN ISO 13485.

The MFORM development process goes through five phases:

1. Development planning

Mform plans and manages development. Where appropriate, development planning documents are maintained and updated during development. The rules for communication with customers are planned and documented.

2. Development inputs

Definition and documentation of development inputs. Inputs relating to product requirements are determined and records are kept. These include, for example, functional, performance, usage and safety requirements. Applicable standards and requirements as well as risk management.

3. Development results

Documentation of development results. These meet the requirements and contain information necessary for procurement, production and service provision.

4. Development assessment

Evaluation of development results. Systematic development evaluations are carried out at appropriate stages in accordance with planned and documented procedures.

5. Development validation and verification

Verification and validation of development results are carried out according to planned and documented procedures to ensure that the resulting product is capable of meeting the requirements for the specified application or intended use.
