Founded in Lüdenscheid in 1973, MFORM initially focused exclusively on mould making. However, within just a few years, MFORM also made a name for itself as a plastics processor.

Since the 1980s, the brand name MFORM has stood for precision plastic parts in the field of medical technology. We are a manufacturer and supplier for many areas of application in the global medical technology industry. Thanks to the expertise we have gained in this sector, our company has been able to grow steadily.

It was not until 2001 that we moved into our new premises at Gielster Stück in Lüdenscheid. In 2018, our spacious and sustainable extension buildings were completed.

Present and future

Production currently takes place across several thousand square metres. The current company headquarters offers ideal conditions in terms of infrastructure and expansion opportunities. Our innovative capabilities guide us forward.

We solve problems for our customers – holistically. This means that even in the digital age, MFORM will continue to be measured by its ability to offer complete solutions – from the initial idea to the finished product.
